Steven Reid clearly knew what he is doing, he should go for the ball instead of running strait line and use his body, Ramires is taking the chance, for me its a soft penalty.

QUOTE(CityBluePrint @ Nov 10 2013, 05:22 PM)
Its a penalty.
1. Ramires had the ball under 'control'. Reid never went  for the ball.
2. Watch Reid RIGHT shoulder & elbow ACTIVE & swinging out towards Ramires to elbow him away from the ball. Ramires minimized the damage from elbowing  nonetheless there was contact.
3. Professional Foul. Those who played football understand what Reid was trying to do. Watch Reid left shoulder dipped subtly for the 'elbowing'.
4. Ref Marriner was right there behind and saw Reid's shoulders & elbow ACTIONS.

Bottom line: Good Penalty Call for catching a professional foul.

Exactly, if you play football you should know that was a professional foul, Reid should have go for the ball instead of blocking Ramires, soft penalty

I do recall that, Hazard did said that he is looking forward JM to coach him, he wanted to become like CR7 that scored lots of goal, we do hope this is just the beginning of Eden Hazard.

As for Sunderland, they deserve a better spot in BPL table (not the bottom), they are playing so well lately, blaming the ex manager?

4-2-3-1 is the formation for modern football(many big club prefer this formation , i dont think we need to buy any defensive midfield player we have Lampard, Mikel, Essien, MVG & Oscar who is capable to play in that position, we only have to sort out our defensive problem set pieces to be exact

PVA have the quality to become starting 11 LB, but he is not english

At the moment Iva should play CB instead of RB, he left his crossing skill behind, Azpi back to RB or Luiz as RB
