Norwich played quite well in the second half, when kept coming at us until they got the equalizer. Hazard & Will's goal, both very very sedap

QUOTE(hakka_jin @ Oct 28 2013, 12:07 PM) Great win guys... 3 points in the bag... Mou's impressive record at the Bridge continues.... When Lamps & Schurrle was subbed-off the pitch and Mikel and Willian came on, the camera did show Oscar's face..and it was clearly shown "Where the fuuuk is Mata?!" But to be fair... City had the upper hand when they are attacking.... their midfield distribute the ball quickly and neatly (minus Fernandinho who's long pass is too powerful...) Yaya, Silva and Garcia is bossing the midfield when they are attacking.... Oscar seems lost... Schurlle did nothing except for the goal... He's trying too hard to get past defenders but most of the time failed.... Our midfield lacks creativity... Mata's creativity is surely missed.... The only positive note for us is Torres's confident boost... Boy, it's a joy to watch when he is on form... too bad the crossbar denied him.... But the old problem remains... he tried to dribble too much... most of the time all his dribble was tackled easily by the defenders.... Zabaleta was solid yesterday... non of the attack from the left flank is effective... the vulnerability of city is at Clichy... he looked slow and tired... Nando pass him so easily and setup the first goal.... Mou should have asked the player to bombard the right hand flank.... but nothing happened... only Iva is running forward but his crosses is super poor.... always doesn't pass the first defender.... A poor game by us... but the persistent of Torres, we won the game.... lucky he struck into a empty net this time... imagine the horror if he missed again.... |

QUOTE(SlomoX @ Nov 6 2013, 09:08 AM) he did admit that it his fault but indirectly blame his players for not performing - "I did 11 mistakes" he forgot to include himself, should've been 12, cause..the 11 were his choices. XDway to put things subtly, salute btw, why is Mou playing formation 4-2-3-1, very erm..not as 'gung-ho' as liverpools 3-4-3 (3-4-1-2). I believe chelsea has the solid defenders needed to play a 3-man defense formation, Iva - Luiz - Cole. That way, we can accommodate a stronger midfield to push the offensives to support the strikers up front instead of the current solitary striker formation. Just my thougts |

QUOTE(kucingmainan @ Nov 19 2013, 12:38 PM) will be a lost for us if KDB leave. a young winger with a big potential imo. arrival of willian really affect his playing times. I very much agree. Oversupply already..but it's better to be oversuplied than undersupplied? Like we never know when any of them will take a knock & end up like Khedira - gg for the rest of the season. |

QUOTE(briantwj @ Dec 16 2013, 06:26 PM) hidzwan, spot on. Mou likes to stamp his authority in the team that he is managing. When he first came, his philosophy was score first, defend by parking a bus in front of the goal. During those years, it worked and won us the EPL with the record of fewest goals conceded. The only one successfully playing 3-5-2, kudos to Liverpool But now, after managing across Spain and Italy. I feel Mou is a changed man. In Madrid, he adopts the 4-5-1 formation. He is slowly changing his philosophy. Along with Roman's demand of attractive football with Mou's newly acquired attacking philosophy, it is going to take time for our team to gain that identity of attractive football. We need the right players, the right attitude, the right fitness and playing style. So it's going to take time imo. Give it 1 or 2 season, things will work out for us. Just look at Liverpool, it took Brendan Rodgers some time to make them play attractively like how Swansea used to play. |

QUOTE(Ichighost @ Dec 17 2013, 05:21 PM) I highly doubt any club would want to pay over 15million for KDB considering he's not played much at all this season(so far). My bet is on him shining during the World Cup in 2014 with Belgium, then maybe we can fetch a high price What I would like to see in January; OUT 1) Ba (Sale - use the money invest elsewhere) 2) Eto (why o why we even signed him in the first place ==") 3) Cole (make way for Bertrand) IN 1) Lukaku 2) Mirallas |

QUOTE(eeki @ Dec 18 2013, 11:01 AM) LOL. yes, we all do. TBH, that match was really boring..especially after you've watch the Mancity v Arsenal one, LoL this remind me the other day, I watched BPL Turning Point. Shebby comment on Chelsea & Jose style in particular of Crystal Palace match. He label Jose as 'the boring one' How I wish JM could turn the squad into the Chelsea of old..where we let our wings fly with a rock solid backbone and muscle power up-front I miss Joe Cole & Robben |
