Why la lampard. Confirm struggle pivot without Ramires. Shud have put schurrle instead.

pivot seem to lack solidity without mikel...pray hard we dont get counterattack often...

Can't brain why mou pick essien. Replace Oscar with lampard and push rami wide. We got tones of natural winger ffs.

Awesome response by the lads especially in the 2nd half. It seems JM takes a big gamble by playing with 2 strikers. It unsettles the midfield but at least it brought the intended results.

This is one of the big win considering how well soton performing this season.

Good for Mata to get a full game. Iva really need to get some rest. Let Cole play again and Azpi can cover at RB. Essein can also feature again for Ramires at midweek. It was a careless mistake by Essien but probably because he doesn't featured a lot this season which explain the rustiness. And I wish for Torres to start again in midweek so that he can regain his sharpness.

1st win out of 9 games in a packed December. Hope we can keep up the pressure in Arsenal.

to be fair essien was piss poor for the whole 45minutes. easily dispossessed by opponent. mata, ramires and terry are the stand up performers for me. was rage when mou put ram wide after oscar injury, luckily he revert to his best position in the second half. mata as usual. not good in defence and lacking dribbling ability. his vision and creativity are brilliant though. terry bossing the defence and even manage to dribble forward.

Didn't watch the watch cos got meeting this morning. Look like a hard fought victory. Most important thing is keeping up with arsenal. This month will be crucial.

Good afternoon! Here's how we line-up against Stoke (k/o 3pm):

Subs: Schwarzer, Cole, Essien, Lampard, De Bruyne, Ba, Eto’o.

Ba no chance to start.

Dafuq is cech doing? 3,4 times dy cech error cost us. Been awhile since we get a clean sheet. Sigh.. And ramires shud have done better with all those chances.
