Finally - you didn't tell us your budget, hard to recommend what you can get without it

At that budget, forget Aerocool, you're better off with the bigger brands, you're right to worry about the quality, stick to brands like Cooler Master, Bitfenix, Fractal Design, Corsair, Silverstone and even Lian Li for guaranteed quality
