urm.. buy those cd printing kits.. it normally provides the cd label sticker, the 'device' to help you stick the label on the CD..

and all you'll need is an inkjet printer..

the best method when doing this is to make sure the CD isn't patterned. try finding a plain or a non-colored side of a CD so that when you stick the label, you don't see other stuff underneath later.

p/s: if you're buying the totally blank cd from places like LY, it's safer to pay more for a better quality one than later have the issue of it not lasting by the time the lecture reviews your work.
