According to contractor 2 guys came in motorcycle ask for ang pow. First he don't want to give but then they ask for owner's contact. Guard said they did not enter from main entrance but from the tanah merah road(not sure how true). Makasar's worker said night got guys yam seng at the park. We seriously need fencing before someone kena parang.

Indonesian worker said he saw from his kongsi & the guard also takut with them. Didn't specifically ask, probably the park at pentas 1 entrance.

Heard from contractor pentas 1 car porch got design problem and consultant working on it. they are repairing for some of the houses now. i saw 1 hse with balcony(facing main road) was added with additional steel column.looks ugly.wondering who pay for it.

robbers broke into my house(pentas 1) despite alarm system was on.For those staying in pentas be extra careful.

My house facing playground on second row .They break in at 8.00pm on tuesday when we went out for dinner based on alarm system itinerary .they came in from the grd floor guest room back door. force open the padlock and grill lock and smash the window to open the door.The alarm went off but unfortunately no one responded including guard until we came back.
