I very remember 10 years ago, most people from Subang jaya / USJ that I know, slowly moving around area esp USJ / PH, KK and Puchong for cheaper price.
When claimed to move to BK, all of us claimed it was a suck location and very terrible housing estate. Some went to KK due to new township and it happened to matured.

Back then, BK location is so-so because of terrible infra and accessibility. Same until now.

But, the accessibilities still sucks, still I dunno why a lot of people keep moving into BK and the price of BK escalated to another level. Much more expensive than KK. Is BK has any good commercial? Small scale yes, but not bigger commie zone. Not really, most people here still rely on commercials in Puchong Jaya or even up to Bdr Puteri.

Now, people claimed BK is good and prime location. Did the land of BK moving around? No, it was just expanded over the time, therefore time will tell.

Everyone has it's own personal taste. Some loves the hustle and bustle of the commercial areas, thus Bandar puteri puchong would be suitable for their needs. Whereas some loves the quietness of the township but not until jungle quiet! Thus, Bandar Kinrara is for them!

I love BK coz it's strategically located in Puchong and easily accessable to KL and PJ. If I need urgent grocery shopping, there's a standalone Giant hypermarket there. Parking is great (until the LRT was completed)!

BK has few phases. Early phase is BK 1-3. It's located on the other side of Petronas or giant. Newer ones are BK 4 onwards. So, if you ask the occupancy rate, I believe bk1-3 had a fast growth. Perhaps 2-4 years. Bk4 onwards perhaps 4-6 years as its a larger area.

Yup. I think business is going up there as the lrt just completed. Damn... I even saw people driving the new 5 series and park at the roadside to take the lrt...
