I've gotten input from the SP salesperson (thru FB messenger though) that similar double storey terrace to the new developments (ARIA etc) goes close to RM 1k per month. Is that close to what you've type as affordable above, or did the salesperson missplaced a decimal somewhere. I did double confirm the fugrue to which he/she replied yes both times2) at the moment it’s affordable
