Guys, need some advice here. Went to pentas 1 to check out the houses. And pro or cons to purchase AI? Is the odour really that bad? Jam? Flood?

About jam, it depends on where you are heading to and at which hour. Suggest you check on google maps. Something you can't avoid totally within Klang Valley. 

Flood shouldn't happen in Pentas area as it was on a higher ground. Recently no report about flood.

Just to check if you know when is pentas 1 completed? any phase which is better? any problem with the house built by I&P?
