About alam impian, minimal it gonna take another 3 to 5 years to make it more vibrant and complete. Looking at current progress it is much better compare to the last developer

haha ya cluster is like a rebrand name for terrace house with land only. it is same size and price as end-lot of terrace houses. i think after rebate is about 1.02m i think.
