I gotta sell some to buy 1 at AI to free up my loan quota and capital but too bad, mostly all are yet to be completed. Sigh.

Pentas sure not needed to be worry. With such built up, i reckon in short time, the demand is very sudden and heavy.

Found most of the Pentas on subsale now are undervalue.

Called an agent, he told me Pentas 1 had few units asking price RM 850k-860k, sellers are all Bumi.

If to obtained market value from bank, my friend told me easily 1mil.

What a breaking news. I found out this very sibeh good facing field unit sold at RM 845k early of the month. Initial asking RM 850k but the bumi seller willing to lower down to RM 845k when the lucky Chinese couple asked for RM 840k.

Anyway, remaining units from the ad agent are RM 880k asking price. Not facing playground. Was told he just sold a unit of P3 ( P4 ) for RM 930k.
