Actually i doubt the build up calculation for p3 is correct. Pentas 2 and pentas 3 has the same foot print of 25x85 and yet pentas 3 has bigger build up n mind u if i rmbr correctly p3 length is slightly shorter than of pentas 2.
Therefore it is impossible that p3 bigger than p2.Maybe inp adopt different calculation method for both pentas? |

By the way guys, juz want u to share that they are many agents around calling owner claiming they have tenant from football team looking house to rent but turn out to be Nigerian. Juz take note and be xtra careful.
