Freebies:

Phase A3-07 and phase A3-08 is muddle cost apartments with 16 shop units for each phase.

Current commercial in the plan to launch is phase A5-08, 22x70 Double Storey Shoplot.

Agree. The entry price for the new projects although look interesting, but many other factors to consider.

Additional information about Phase A3-05 (Orchestra):
- Total phase development area = 8.34 acres
- Total units = 49 (~6 units / acre - very low density)
- 2 recreational parks (0.58 acres + 0.77 acres)
- Address road name will be Jalan Mat Kilau 35/74, 35/74A, 35/75, 35/76

According to revision 13 of I&P Alam Impian master plan, some changes were made to phase A03:

1. Phase A3-01 and A3-02 DSSD will be changd to DST 22x75 & DST 22x80
2. Phase A3-03 DST and A3-04 28x80 will be changed to DST 20x80
3. Phase A3-06 DST 26x85 will be changed to DST 20x85
4. Phase A3-07 and A3-08 middle cost apartment no change

All address road name used in phase A3 will be JALAN MAT KILAU 35/xx.

Per info available to-date (rev. 13), can be summarized as below:
1. Phase A3 will be the last phase in I&P Alam Impian offering DST.
2. Lot size all changed to smaller foot print to enable lower entry price (gone were the days AI offering large plot size DST)
3. All remaining phases in I&P Alam Impian will be DSD, DSSD, Highrise (High end condos, mid-end and low-end aparments) and commercials

All housing development area under MBSA will be based on certain theme. For Alam Impian it's based on ancient figures. There are more weird road names in other area under MBSA.

Township theme is based on artistry. But the road names per MBSA, is based on ancient figures. Not sure why not tally, but that's what it is.

A3-02 is the best in my opinion. That's why Both the phases were initially planned for DSSD.

All DSD and DSSD now is located st hill top areas.

The whole latest master plan you can view from Pentas 6 sales brochure.
