I would like to ask if all S P Setia projects in Alam Impian are built without fencing, or if they delay setting up a Gated and Guarded (G&G) system until a Residents Association (RA) is officially formed.I recently visited some new phases and noticed that no perimeter fencing has been constructed yet. However, when I looked at older phases in the same area, they already have proper fencing and guardhouses. The sales representative explained that the fencing would be built later, but some of these newer phases are already due for Vacant Possession (VP) this year.Is there a specific reason why developers delay building the perimeter fencing? I also noticed that the official brochures do not explicitly state that the development is 'Gated and Guarded.' If buyers try to argue or complain later, they might not have a legal case since it is not documented in the brochure. Am I just being overly skeptical?In contrast, when I visited other developments in Shah Alam and Puchong, the brochures explicitly advertised a 'G&G' concept. Even on-site, with the projects only nearing completion, I can already see the perimeter walls and fences being actively constructed

Thanks for the answer. These developer normally told us will need to sign a consent form for fencing.. But I not sure how effective of the form and I assuming base on trust between us and developer? Maybe I am skeptical because no ads about fencing.. but thanks for the input...
