Alam impian will be like Kinrara la, lacklustre commercials but value holds nonetheless due to good location. Hold alam impian and ignore the naysayers, Iād take alam impian over Kota kemuning anytime despite the toll.
And as ufo-et taiko foreseen, this area will mature slowly like fine wine and still giving a lot of window of opportunity to invest. Iām still holding my super link from pentas till now, no hurry to let go |

Does this areas got hit with flood recently ? |

Yup, the entire township happens to sit at an elevated land, even higher ground than kota kemuning.

Eaton ready by March 2023
Everything is sold out for now @ welcome center. The new commercial at the roundabout near the mosque is about to be ready, I reckon 3 months itāll be operational. Yes it floods here please go away lol. Already repeatedly said the āfloodā was caused by drainage issue. Study the elevation of the land and look at the retention pond in Alam Impian itself. |

Alot of future launches of semi-d and bungalows, while terraces are seeing their sizes getting smaller and more towards the fringes of the development as AI slowly matures. I really look forward to the central park upgrades as previous I&P graffiti designs really lack class. At least now artist impression is more like something, lets see |

Well, I think the opposite side near DASH is more happening and appealing to buyers. Plus the 3 developers there are doing a great job hyping it up.
SP Setia still seem pretty quiet and havenāt really pushed AI. Iām eager to see their moves. I believe it is due to timing. |

Yup, no doubt because InP is out of touch what modern buyers wants.
It is telling that many Chinese from kota kemuning subang klang are choosing to move to the further rimbayu rather than alam impian. Design and quality of homes are top notch, Central Park which is the center piece of any new developments I can say is a failure. Commercial is a failure.
