Sycluap, I went to the sales gallery today and got news that the super duper 3 storey link opposite Pentas 4, will be converted into 2 storey link. I&P are still waiting approval. You can get one Pentas once it is approved and open for sale.

I always wandering between Pentas and Nukilan thread because both of these are the most active one

When I have something new for Nukilan, I will posted there too

Thanks boss for the information. I did called in to verify about this 2 weeks ago same info obtained. Unfortunately, no more new launch this year according to SA, all push to next year.

So, have to wait for next year. The price will be steep the longer they delay the launch.

Something is brewing in I&P. Looks like I&P's commercial assets might be carved out and consolidated into a separate entity for REIT listing. Could this involve AI's future commercial assets too?

Yesterday I got my keys to P2 already. Overall, good experience. Not many took their keys yesterday. Seems like only 20+ took. The rest still pending. I've also signed on the f&g or was it g&g form. Anyway, signed dy lah.

No satay but got buffet. Ok la. Never expect to be served 3 star lunch.

For those who are wondering about the rm600 maintenance,it's for the next 6 months maintenance fees for the contractor to keep our area safe and maintained. After this 6 months, MBSA will take over on the area maintenance part. However, the guards etc will go back to the residence committee.

That's all for now....

How is the quality of the built?

So far so good. Got a bit minor defects here and there la. Nothing is perfect. Just need to spend some time to jot it down and get the contractors to rectify it.

Seeking help from all taikor/taijer, if anyone has the information about the launching of last of of Pentas 4 (conversion from 3 storey to 2 storey), kindly trigger me. As much as I consistently checked with I&P, I worry I might missed it out.
