I just got myself a MSI K8N Neo2 motherboard

The problem is the board temperature is 80 celcius, it reach 90 celcius during full load.
What's the problem with it?

I just flashed my bios to the latest, even my CPU or NB fan is only 40 celcius.

This is the board I'm using..

Erm.. could you show me which is the chipset you're mentioning?

MSI K8N Neo2

The CPU heatsink is cold.
The other chipset doesn't have a heatsink and the golden fan is obstructing me from touching it.

How do I remove that northbridge fan? I can't take that out..

Anyway, the fan is working, and according to the speedfan or corecenter, it spins at 5000rpm. Now even in idle it's 100 C @ 1000mhz (cool and quiet)

I touch the NB fan, it doesn't seem that hot, if I am not wrong the whole fan is a heatsink?

yeah. Actually I thought it was the BIOS problem, so I just flash it. But the temperature readings are still the same. Except my C & Q is able to function perfectly
