A MAN in his 50s allegedly demanded that his daughter-in-law have sex with him as a birthday gift, reported Harian Metro.

The incident allegedly occurred on Monday after the man called her over to his office to pick up her five-year-old son.

The woman, in her 30s, lodged a police report the following day claiming that her father-in-law had outraged her modesty and that he had allegedly attempted amorous advances in the past.

Kajang OCPD Asst Comm Ab Rash­id Ab Wahab confirmed the report.

Police are carrying out an investigation under Section 354 of the Penal Code.
