Well, I got accepted by Company A and Company B phone me for interview. How do I reject them politely so that I can keep the door open? What is the best way of declining an interview? phone them or email? Experienced one please help!

A call would do. Btw, are you rejecting offer from Company A or interview from Company B?

In that case, a call would do. Since you're attending the 2nd interview, why not give it a try for Company B. You could reject their offer if they want you in future. Just to gain some knowledge on what they would ask. smile.gif

Another case my friend had two interviews with two competing firms and when he did tell them that he is attending two interviews with both the firms, the firms tried to outbid each other. Pretty nice and interesting if you ask me but that was in the UK.

At times you can do that provided you're very good/high flyer. Or else, it is not advisable smile.gif
