In dilemma, locked down on a 1.12mil semiD aravia c2 (corner unit, dead end road, facing north). Should I keep it or let it go? I feel the price is too high. Any expert advice?

Ops, I made mistake, it facing north. House number 48. In term of build up, is small jus have huge garden.

Bought luzento 2 (number 55) and Aravia C2 (number 48). Still thinking to let go aravia c2

Yes, I like compared to luzento 1:
1. Luzento toilet at front.
2. Lanai design so from outside, the side won't look flat from front to back. Beside, some ppl intentionally design a lanai.
3. 2nd n 3rd room r balance design. I noticed few design where 2nd room is smaller than 3rd room.

Will I able to get back the 20k if I decide to withdraw after selected a unit? Will the 20k forfeit? Or do I need to get letter of "loan rejected" in order to get back the 20k?

Because I bought aravia c2 at 1.12mil (house number 48) which I feel is over price. I only left with few choices during my turn. I decided to give up but the SA pursue me take a unit n reject later.
