Hi, anyone here already secure your home loan?

Can we gather some info here, need the bank name and the BLR -x%. So everyone can benefit it.

E.g. Maybank BLR - 2.4%

So far, if not mistaken someone mentioned Maybank can get BLR-2.5% in this forum.

I think 3 years locking period ok, as the SEH house only complete 2 years later and you keep for another 1 year. Good deal.

For those got the Semi-D besides Lebuhraya Lekas, I think will have much lesser noises, reasons:
> trees between the houses and highway
> another Jalan Ecohill 2/3 and Jalan Ecohil 3/2J and Jalan Ecohill 3/2A to filter the noise

correct me if I'm wrong... just my 2 cents.
