First time i hear such strange procedures
Maybe tomorrow newspaper will have this report:
"There was a huge crowd turnout for the launch of setia ecohill. The crowd even refused to go home after getting their numbers in order to select the best unit the next day".
Maybe this is wat sp setia had in mind in order to show they are different from other developers.

Yes, what a bollocking of a procedure. Imagine those early birds who came 7-8am in the morning only to be told they need to camp until 10pm.

It just defeats the purpose of first come first serve basis.

When I interrogate one of the helpers, she told me the procedure are made to show that SP Setia is being transparent to the customers in this whole" first come first serve policy."

I followed up by asking her who is complaning? She said there are a bunch of potential customers here who came in after working hours, and they might doubt that the Q numbers were taken up before lunch, hence the need to show transparency.

Give me a break la, what's the point of taking numbers then and why the heck I need to suffer because of some latecomers?

If thats what you believe, choose to boycott and show them consumer power.

Well , i went home right after I got my barcode. If they really check my attendance, then I just give this a pass. No regrets.

Actually after talking to a sps lady, at first they never expext the turnout is so firce and finish at afternoon. Think because they have order food for dinner and supper they hope people to finish it before goong back. Anyway when i left at 9 still a lot people inside the welcome center discuss and chat no hurry to go home

I think it's more like a marketing gimmick. Contain the sheeps so that the farm will look busy

Just now somebody asked the SPS big boss in charge of today's event why need to "check" attendance until late at night. His answer:

"Because we want to see who desperate enough to buy our properties. This is because we want the buyers to be real home stayers, not speculators. If the person is buying to stay he must be desperate, so he will stay for attendance. If he's speculator then he will not be too desperate, so he will not come when we take attendance"

So there you go, it's official. I am not sure I agree with what he said but this was what he told everyone. To be honest I don't think they have thought about carefully about this

If SPS wants to see who is desperate and who is not, please take it one step further.

Provide camping tents with mosquito coil inside

For those who said SP Setia is no longer the same SP Setia who build Setia Alam, no need to worry...

Eventhough PNB officially make them a bumiputra company, (which is not entirely a bad thing), we know for a FACT that LKS and his former colleagues are investing heavily in EcoWorld Semenyih also, which indirectly benefit the people in Semenyih and this township also...biggrin.gif

Realistically speaking la, to all motherflippers....., the way I look at it, flippin the properties in SEH won't be that easy after VP. If anyone been to Setia Alam, you will immediately notice the occupancy rate there. Lots and lots of vacant lots waiting in the sub-sale market.

I predict Precinct 1 buyers need to tank at least 3 - 5 years to sell off their property. Wait for the development to come in, (LEKAS link, Ecoworld) and see how the whole township pans out.

Folks from Kajang, Semenyih and Cheras will be drawn to this for an upgrade but not sure about the rest of the KL and Selangor folks. People working in KL will definitely not thinking about staying here, let's be honest it's damn far no matter what the brochure says.

Nobody knows what will happen in the next 5 years in our Bolehland real estate market... whistling.gif

Btw, any show house for this aqualitis?

No. For 20 x 70 range, only Angusta 1-2 are available for viewing. Although I think they are in the middle of building it now.
