I only afford DSL and being told all sold out lah. SemiD and banglo me not sure loh..

DSR lo, RHB cap on variable income like bonus. So, total income calc. is lower than other banks, hence, DSR high, they cap the loan to a certain amount.

2 DSL vs 1 SemiD, price about the same. Which one can goreng more?

No difference. Only that the bankers that have been appointed at WC have direct access to customers as their branch has been appointed to process the loan.
But you can still choose your own bankers in terms of walk in. But, some of WC bankers are mobile, means they are more aggressive than the branch bankers (who can only submit through their branch). Mobile sales force can submit to their branch but park the loan anywhere and usually MSF bosses have higher Discretionary Power (DP) - approving limit - not necessarily need to go through credit committee.

At the end of the day, you press the right buttons, everyone will dance to your tune.

Submitted on Tuesday, Wednesday evening know pre approve result.
