hola all. my prob is not getting to sleep bt its getting out of the bed!
i could sleep 12+hours if i want too.i did tat b4 though.
the alarm clock couldnt help me as i wouldnt hear it at all. my sis will usually wake me up by splashing water on me/give me a hard slap on my face[usually after 5-6 HARD slaps i wake up]
well,this cant go on 4ever isnt it?

u remind me of a guy back in college. heard tht the guy had abt 7 alarm clocks. all would ring until his neighbours wake up but he would still be peacefully asleep. dead sleeper

Yeah man. I'm kinda like that sometimes. That's why i need optimal conditions and uninterrupted sleep. I get seriously pissed when something wakes me up for no reason.

if you find that its impeding on your life then see a GP and see what he says, he might refer you to a sleep lab for further investigation.

if you can sleep soundly, then let it be. Dun yell when you suffered insomnia. Able to sleep much much much better than cant sleep @ insomnia!!!

Well nope, now i am a working in the shift environment now, sometime work at 2200 hrs until 0700 hrs on next day
