The world's richest photography prize HIPA comes to KLPF 2103 !

Winning entries of the prestigious Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Photography Award will be exhibited at the Kuala Lumpur Photography Festival 2013 from 11-13 October Mid Valley Exhibition Centre.

With a total of US$389,000[SIZE=7] in prize money, HIPA wants you to help in "Creating the Future" in this 3rd season of 2013-2014.
