Myvi's FC is nothing to shout about also, especially the 1.5SE. You can get decent FC with a FLX CVT if you know how to tame the CVT.

Much to many owner's disappointment, it doesn't solve the issue.

practised start car and wait till 3 bars temp. baru jalan,
never had ashtma on my SE at all.
no update on ECU or whatsoever. .
so, just warm up ur CVT before move ur car. .
note, its CVT not the enjoy that needs the longer warm up

I only know how to un-tame the CVT

Trying this. But sometimes need to go immediately as soon as I get in the car

Funny thing the asthma happened when the car was parked under the sun

Anyone here constantly using SAT mode?

Start engine, dont shift into D/R.

press throttle and hold around 1.2-1.5k RPM for 20 seconds.

Shift to D/R and drive.

not engine that nees the warm up.
its the CVT.
warm up to 2 bar at least then ma no asthma or choke or choke till stall lu

FYI, FLX no auto rev like our BLM (~1.3k rpm) during cold start, their engine is very difficult to sustain and will stall easily.

Normally, 8am-5pm. Some operates longer till 6pm.

THat's why I couldn't bothered with updating my TCU... walalalala... first version of software... :3

that kelanjiaoan solves the stalling problem and the early morning brake hardening OMFG NO BRAKES... so the lanjiao works..

But my 40,000km car now usually I start engine terus cabutzzzz... coz when exit my house sudah jam... can warm up during jam...

somemore I have to make last minute U-turn due to seen circumstances.

The asthma or choke culprit is engine, even my BLM will feel choking and the engine piston is like being 'glued' if i terus cabut after cold start. Normally after 2 bars (around 2 minutes) the engine will feel smoother.

Sadly, FLX doesn't have warm up module in their almighty 32bit ECU In the later update, found out from a client of magician, after SC updated ECU, the totobodi shutting time extended, hence reduced of jerkiness(used to call it shiftshock in other auto/manual transmission). It increase the smoothness of ride, removes false signal. Imagine when you driving a manual car, on 1st gear rev until 4krpm, suddenly release your gas pedal, it will shock and pull back. If you have your right foot gradually touching on the gas pedal during the shock, it will create tremendous amount of jerks like TFK, which is due to road force the tire from inertia, and the drive train forced the engine to spin.

In short, the latest update for FLX is to make their already lag lika mofo DBW delay futher
