You didn't care for it enough, thats why.
When it start to shed their fur, you must comb it off, when you comb it, u will find out that there is lots and lots of hair that's actually fallen out from their body but it just hang there.
Comb the fur residue off completely, maybe around 10 stroke, then give your POM A BATH please.
Nice, clean bath, then blow dry her/him. Most probably he/she will shake terribly coz it lost lots and lots and lots of its precious and sexy fur.
It can't adapt well to the new temperature around it.
Try to care for your pom and put a blanket or a cloth to cover it when it sleep if he/she shivers.
Put some sugar in their drinking bottle or water source to help it regain their fur back quickly, the sugar content will speed up its fur regeneration.
If its still badly, maybe ur pom got lots and lots and lots and lots of evil flea. That means you didn't put lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of care towards it. Better donate your pom if you don't give a duh-Am about it.
my pom now got back almost all of his furs. its just a normal shedding. just my paranoia.
anyway you may think i dont give a dam for my pom but i care bout my pets more than anyone. my family have kept german shepherd, rottweiler, mix breed hush puppy and a few stray dogs for the pass 35 years. all died of old age except one got shot by mpk. and all except my rottweiler is rescued pets.
anyway, i do admit my pom is much more harder to taken care of compare to my previous pets. but then nothing is harder than seeing them fall sick.
thanks for your advices anyway. good to know there's ppl who still spend their time to reply me.
