Me and my bf just bought a Pomeranian last month from a breeder. The breeder say the cert must wait 10 months. this is the 1st time v buy a puppy (v adopt previously) dose anyone know why we have to wait such a long time for the cert? how come in pet shop they can give the cert immediately?
