vivi nova ade spring? ah sudah aku dah kompius -.-

coil biar jangan ketat jangan longgar. time lilit tu bile nak lilit lagi 1 loop make sure dia loose sikit. let the coil touch the mesh, not grip it.

ic. but seriously dont grip ur coils to the mesh. just let the coils touch it. to me its the difference between coiling a mesh and silica rope wick. gripping the silica rope would be best as a loose coil can easily produce hotspot but on a mesh wick, a gripping coil can produce hotspots.

meaning, longgar2 sket la kalau pakai mesh? tp my problem is at center pole...from last wrap to center pole, if firing more than 5 seconds, sure hotspot...

Then bend the mesh a bit so the distance from mesh to centre pole is shorter. That is usually the most common way to solve it. If you want to go for SS washer and springs, can go hardware shop find. But not easy to find sizes that small thou.

Since you got 28 AWG wires, I suggest you to play around with microcoil. Good thing bout microcoil is that it won't have hot spots problem thumbup.gif
