Thanks. How you guys buy from taobao? Directly or through agent?

I used Panli to get a dodgy watch-phone. Very professional agent. Got online chat support like Maxis.

Am I the only one facing this?

When my Note 3 is in standby mode, the homescreen doesn't seem to refresh itself automatically.

This means that say I put the phone on standby at 12.00am, and I unlock it 10 minutes later at 12.10am, the clock widget on my homescreen still shows 12.00am for a split second before jumping to 12.10am.

I'm not sure if this is a supposed problem, but just an observation. Maybe that's why I receive late Whatsapp messages intermittently?

Doesn't happen to my "Android Weather & Clock Widget". But happens to my "Chinese Calender Widget (chwnl.cn)".

Why don't you walk in to Maxis center and do the MNP there? Any issue you faced with the center?
*
You need to settle the bill and get a MNP letter from your current service provider before you go to Maxis.

I found out Samsung store seems like having 2 different management. In 1U, Samsung store that near to the Sony center quoted S View cover for RM229 where the other Samsung store quoted RM189  rclxub.gif

They are all dealers, not Samsung's own center.

I'm still facing heat-up problem after the system update. Whenever I use Google Navi, Waze, Candy Crush & Clash of Clan, my phone temperature will go up.

Any advice?

Using GPS and navigation and playing playing games will definitely heat up the phone as these are quite taxing to the processor. However in order to know if your heat is normal or not you gotta tell us your temperature. Else just saying heat up we won't know if your phone is overheated or normal.

Which tool will tell the CPU temperature? I've Antutu but it tells battery temps only.

Be specific n quote temperature as your heat/hot is subjective.
*
Phone in idle mode:
System Temp: 25.5C (77.8F)
Battery Temp: 28.8C (83.8F)

Let Candy Crush run for 30 miniutes:
System Temp: 26.7C (80.1F)
Battery Temp: 37.3C (99.1F)

^^Normal?

What app is giving you this information?

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?...om.sysinfodroid

I was using IPhone 3Gs before this. Whenever something goes wrong, the phone will get warmer and warmer, and the battery will drain like pouring water.

The measurements is definitely inaccurate. Average temperature for electronics under utilisation is usually in the range between 40 - 50 degC.
Even room temperature is 25 on the outside environment how can internally be cooler than that. Besides, Malaysia is usually in the range of 28 to 32 degC.

Yes. AFAIK there is no CPU temperature sensor in Note3. The temperature readings are all calculated based on some status of the CPU.
