I have never like AOSP. Still waiting for some better ROM with support of Xpose framework. They already has the mod to enable all apps for multiwindow and pen window. I think I might root it in a month time.

I already get back my new device
from going to service center, until they call me to collect, less than 1 week. (Sunday go, Thursday call to collect, Friday I go collect)
in between they also got call to confirm about my problem.

about the new device:
no more stucked home button, but it is still noisy, maybe I am sensitive
the backplate got some small pimples, and the texture is not deep
therefore I took back my old blackplate which has a very minor scratches

considering a few things now, i got a free sp from the remax case i bought, tried to put it myself but failed, now thinking wanna apply at Samsung store or not, RM69 if i remember someone from this thread bought from the store.

I copied a mkv full hd movie. Cannot play with original player. Use mx player, can play but no sound.

Just curious, what do you mean by faulty? I've heard a lot of complaints about movable home button and imperfect bezel etc but I wouldn't classify that as faulty. Are you getting call drops, screen insensitivity or overheating or something?

if software problem usually reset to factory default will solve it hmm maybe got hardware issue causing the error, hope u get our sorted soon
