You should also try xposed framework with wanam xposed app and a bunch of other xposed tweaks.

Benchmark comparing is useless i agree but sometimes its useful to identify possible hardware defects or software issue. Like if u get 25k when everyone else is getting 36k definitely indicates something wrong somewhere.

I think better wait for designgears version. He already done it for exynos version and currently testing snapdragon one. At least I trust this guy alot more.

Yeah root is enough. Nowadays with simplistic you can basically mod your own rom already.

Actually even if designgear is successful, all you can do is root. Custom rom, kernel, recovery will still trip the knox counter. Hence no flashaholic mode available for note 3 tongue.gif
