anyone of you guys experiencing home screen freezing lags... non-responsive swipes, irresponsive home button etc??

one of my buyers is having major lags and freezing on his home screen after jus 1day of usage.
note that he did not root the phone, nor made any major apps installations yet. jus common apps like fb / wechats.
shud js advice him to send in for warranty??

they direct do a one on one exchange on the spot??

i wonder if freezing or lagging considered hardware defect.
