Hey peeps, I have just done another benchmarking few minutes ago. I again played 2 Fifa 14 matches, while minimising youtube and fb chat. I have a tpu case on and my wifi is on aswell. I have a 64gb card and its 40gb full. I am constantly getting a score shown below.

QUOTE(vinnilaa @ Oct 9 2013, 04:58 PM) In regards to the purple smeared stain on my screen, the stain was spreading wider within a day. I brought it to Samsung Service Centre in One Utama and upon checking the technician said that the LED is cracked inside. I didn't see any visible crack on the screen and I don't think it is caused by any fall. Apparently, if I leave it, the stain will spread and eventually the screen will go dead. According to the them, I must have pressed the screen hard till the LED cracked inside I dunno why but I feel really rage when listen to this kinda stories. Big corporations always wanna sapu small people's money. You should not just let this matter go seriously. All the bestSince the screen is not under warranty, I have to fork out my own money RM680 to pay for the damage... I tried to argue it doesn't make sense for a new device to be so flimsy and as a user of Note 1, Note 2, Tab 7.7 and Note 10.1, I know the quality is not that bad. But, they can't do anything. I had no choice but to agree to change the screen using my own money. The device can be collected after 3 hours. So, I will be going back to collect my device later. Anyway, advice to all who prefer to use the phone naked, please spend a bit of money to buy a case such as otterbox. As for me, I am going to sew a pouch with thick sponge to protect my phone... |

Guys, a question. I have a 50gb 2 year dropbox account from Note II registration. Samsung promotion (expires 11/15/2014). Now with the Note III there is another 50gb. During the phone start up, I linked my old account and was not given another 50gb or time extension. How do I get the dropbox space or is it burnt already for me? Thank you

QUOTE(Cynox @ Oct 9 2013, 05:37 PM) Nope, it is not lost. It is not activated yet since your current subscription not expired yet. I also did the same - sign up with my existing account and no extension on the expiry date. Out of curiosity, I sign out and sign in again with another email with a new Dropbox account. Voila, the second account got the 50GB free for 2 years. Thanks for the info. So when my current account expires, I can use the same email and get the extension again? I do not need to create a few account right? Is there a time expiry date I must register before or can I just wait till my current one expires.Maybe joytest can put this little info at the front page. |

Someone must make a check list of possible issues to checkout when we buy a new phone. So we can go to a shop with the list, test one by one (with instructions of cause) and come out. haha

QUOTE(fruitie @ Oct 11 2013, 07:36 PM) Since I don't have a casing now and I want to minimize the chances of my camera lens to be scratched, I have applied Liquid Armor in that area. Thats what I did as well. I even applied it on my cheap screen protector. It becomes sticky at first then after drying, it becomes smooth. Somewhat mimics a new oleo coating. |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Oct 11 2013, 08:06 PM) What brand are you using? I bought it for my note II but after a week I notice it doesn't work as there was a very very tiny hairline scratch on the screen. Obviously you don't trust the coating as well if you apply it ON a screen protector |

QUOTE(mulut99 @ Oct 11 2013, 08:44 PM) As mentioned in the site, there is no nfc chip on the back cover so we can use tpu casing without it. I have one and its a perfect fit without the back case. Was tight with the back cover on and stretches. So I had to expend the tpu case using very hot water. |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Oct 11 2013, 09:02 PM) I'm using Liquid Armor by Dynaflo. Same. Now its my so called screen cleaner for all glass devices. A very pricey screen cleaner that is. Supposedly the best in the market for this type of liquid coating. |
