RB Gaming Haus, which is an online shop owned by company Realistic Ballers Tech (RB Tech), is specialized in custom gaming (PC/PS3) controllers & accessories, gaming headsets, games, gaming apparels as well as organizing FIFA gaming events. RB Tech also owns Malaysia's professional FIFA gaming clan, Realistic Ballers (Team RB) and its founders have almost 10 years of experience in the competitive gaming scene. Team RB has been established and has gained recognitions among the Malaysian FIFA gaming community since 2011 and now, Team RB has expanded to bring in cool gaming products for all the passionate gamers at unbelievable prices! WHAT DO WE OFFER?
RB Gaming Haus help creative gamers to customize their favourite controllers. We offer a variety range of PS3 custom colored shells, buttons, triggers and analog sticks. Stay tune for more photos and updates!

As of now, we only offer the shell and buttons but we do not have stocks to sell the entire controller (with circuit board) yet. You can give us your own ORIGINAL Sony PS3 controllers for us to change into your favourite casings. Old Sony PS3 controllers CANNOT fit into our shells, as well as other models which are not Sony manufactured. However, you may enquire us for more details if you're unsure if your existing controller can fit into our shells or not. We are offering SALES and FREE installation now to give everyone the joy of owning a cool custom PS3 controller! Wait no more and hurry PM us for more details, stocks are limited for now!

2. Please contact us to make an order, we will proceed to inform you our Maybank account details.
3. After you have made a payment to us, please send us the proof of payment immediately.
4. Upon receiving your payment, we will post the item to you and provide you with the Tracking Number.
5. For Cash On Delivery, some products may require for a Deposit Payment upon ordering and the remaining will be paid upon meet-up in Cash only.

- RB Gaming Haus does not have a physical shop now, we're doing online sales for now.
- Advertised pricing may change from time to time, depending on our suppliers.
- Our ready stocks are quite limited but with best price. Thus, please allow us 3 working days to do the purchasing depending on dealer's stock availability.
- Some products may require for Deposit Payment upon ordering is made to confirm on the purchase to avoid last minute buyer's pull-out. In the case if there is no stock, full refund will be made back to the buyer.
- For postage method, buyers are required to pay the full amount before the products can be delivered. The postage cost will be paid by buyers, unless we have stated certain products for "FREE POSTAGE".
- We are only responsible for packing and posting the products via a reliable courier service. However, as any usual online sales, we will not be responsible for the product during its delivery process and upon delivery at your home. Kindly reply our email/message to confirm when you have received your product successfully.
- Goods sold are not refundable.
- Warranty shall be covered by the products' local distributors and adhered by their warranty policies, except for RB Gaming Haus' own products as stated.
- Warranty for RB Gaming Haus products must be accompanied by official receipts and only valid if the product is still under warranty period. Any self-modification done on the product or user's fault in using the product that caused physical/electrical damange to it, will void the warranty.
- Once order has been made and deposit/payment has been made to us, it is deemed that customer has already confirmed in purchasing. If customer wished to cancel the order, a 5% deduction will be made for admin fees to refund the payment. However, if a product is not "Ready Stock" and it has been purchased from the supplier after the order and payment are made, no full refund will be entertained.
