Hi guys, after 1 1/2 years of S3 usage under current Stock Rom of 4.1.2, my phone now appeared with random car mode enabled attached with S Voice keep on appearing problem. I have made sure there is no Driving mode nor Car docking charge turn on yet the problem have been frustrating me annoyingly since last week. Somemore, my phone cannot charge properly, even if u press shut off the phone, it will do a restart instead of proper shutdown. I have disabled the S Voice function yet still cannot solve the random Car Mode Enabled keep on beeping problem.

Can anyone tell me if this is hardware problem or software problem? Send for service or Root custom rom will do?

Tq in advance if anyone can help me to find the solution.

I try to wipe all cache and process, but no effect.
I try to backup and reset to factory mode but still no effect.
Now my problem is worst, cannot charge at all. And the Car Mode Enabled keep on flickering my screen on and off. Take out my battery and restart but no effect at all...

Anyone can help me?
