Try this step first

1. Remove battery and wait few seconds then reinsert it
2. Press volume up, home button THEN power button altogether and wait it boot
3. Choose wipe data and cache and reboot

It will wipe everything and your phone may boot up properly after that


If those steps fail, find odin and flash stock firmware

Is it better to flash UK one or China?

I guess you don't know that samsung don't sell smartphone in north korea thus there is never a firmware for north korea. I think the only smartphone there name arirang or something is made by north korean
