i'm sorry, i mistaken read your post. if your phone restarting while in recovery/download mode, it might have something wrong with motherboard. last week one person got this problem. need to change motherboard. when he enter recovery/download mode the phone restart and stuck back to samsung s3 logo.

basic function like call, sms, camera, wifi is work. game also smooth. smoother than 4.3.1, maybe because on 4.3.1 i used temasek's profile.

but overall, i will not using for daily use because still lack of features to custom things. for example, no circular battery. biggrin.gif

you just need to download the 4.3 firmware, any region from these website:

yes. samsung firmware is sucking too much of battery because of too many bloatware.
