Item being bought: Lenovo 1 year extended warranty

Date of transaction: 20 May 2013

Details of the complaint : On 20th May 2013, I transferred RM60 (RM2 was returned to me) to Devour's account + RM80 refund for fake RAM. Total is RM138.

On 3rd June 2013, he told me its on order and he's waiting for the code.

On 17th June 2013, he said in order again. He said next week.
I will include snapshots of our Whatsapp conversation (before he blocked me) if required.

Until now, I still haven't get what I paid for.

On Sept 21, I posted on his thread asking about my warranty extension. His reply was "Done brows.gif "

Also, on the same day, I posted on FrixFox FB page. However, my post was deleted and he claimed that I used bad words in the post so he have to delete it. What I posted was " Hello sir, where is my extended warranty? I paid for it last May. " . Clearly I did not post any bad words yet he deleted my post. He did that to make the FB page 100% positive feedback I guess?

After my post on his thread on Sept 21st, one forumer (another victim) PMed me saying that he also face the same problem with Devour. Clearly, I'm not the only victim here.

So, Devour, if you're reading this, I just want what I paid for and if you can't fulfill it, refund me the amount. Thanks.

hi , kindly give us your laptop sn and model again ? , cause we may mix up your laptop upgrade warranty which added to your older ( RMA ) unit, which is the one u return back to lenovo after one to one exchange ? thanks laugh.gif

Go check on the lenovo site to see for yourself. Shame on you.

So now, you're saying that its not done yet? But then, on 23st Sept, you told me that its done? What was that? Clearly you lied to me just to get me off your back and make yourself looks good on your thread.

I've told you this before, but you ignored me. Well, I will tell you again 1 more time. Please pay attention this time.

My laptop model : Lenovo Y400.
SN : YB00209485

Give me a date on which u will get this done. A real date this time, not like those lies. If not done by then, I want full refund. Thanks.

p.s : I will bring this matter up to Lenovo level to lodge a complaint. Keep your hp on and be prepared to receive calls from Lenovo side. Sadly, they don't have Whatsapp, so, there no way for you to block them there. biggrin.gif

Once done? Again? I heard that before from you. That could be next year or next ten years. Give me a date! I want a firm answer. If you are doing proper business, you should be able to give me a date.

This is not a valid excuse, unfortunately. Restaurants serve a thousand customers a day. Does it give them the rights to screw up the orders? Please update Ts once it's done.

pity u..got many other customer also already pay him but get nothing unless been told to wait..n wait...a few month waiting up to 6month also ask to wait.... sweat.gif
