Some of the minifigs quite different compare to the sets. Like the heroine, in the CMF is wearing a skirt, while those in the set is with legs. I guess if everyone wants to complete the set, then have to buy some of the sets.

any1 of you notice lego.com doesn't ship missing parts to Malaysia (and some of the other countries) anymore? it mentioned: "If your country is not on this list, we are unfortunately not able to provide this service to you and you will need to return your set to the retailer instead. ", i guess next time we need to source it from BL ady

i have problem with my town hall and arkham asylum were total 3 parts are missing..yet no replacement 

i think too expensive for them to ship them here

I have a damaged part and I try request from Lego.com support services. No on reply me.
I post in their FB, someone reply and finally mail out after several more follow up.
Very bad service.

For missing part, they never bother to reply me.

All are genuine cases this year.

TLG service seems like getting teruk ady 

First time is damaged part. This is quite an obvious production fault and very easy to see it is not trying to fraud them.
Submit several times to Lego.com, no response    FB chase few times, only respond    Finally they mail to Kuala Lumpur.


2nd time is missing part. No response. I don't bother, just get from BL.

its funny if that is really truth...is like we keep buying their non perfect product with lesser warranty

BV2 sale supposed to start on this Friday. When I was there for lunch today, they have started to set the area

I was in Avenue K last Friday, basically the stock there was like a mini version of the Empire sale, Lone Ranger, some City sets and star wars planets. It was a very small area, about half the size of the Empire set up.
Thanks for the tip! I must remember to ask them for it when I am there early next month I can now tell my wife that it is worth it to buy more Lego as we can save for my daughter's pass
