hi there, is the casing thin enough to allows the phone to fit in the charging dock?

I would like to know if it is thin enough for the dock?

Yes it can still charge with you dock, you just need to remove the u-shape block from the dock and but 3 cards at the back of the phone, you can see the photo in my thread, let me know if you have any question.
