ARO pH best 6.5-7.0
Our river is full with peat(decayed plants), so water is soft. To replicate it use Ketampang leaves/ Black Water.

Dont use coral, it's alkaline. Cichilds thrive well in hard water.

In S'pore this type of ARO is called Emperor Red or those that source by N1WAN.

Cheapest is market prawn, 2nd is Frog.
Select yourself, those big2 ones.

Supa worms is expensive.
RM8 for hundred. A 2ftooer ARO can finish it in 1 go.

Frog is around 0.30-0.35 cents. Howcome 0.50?
Cut his diet to half. Obese fish justlike human will lead to many diseases and short lifespan.
