aiks... just went back to that fish shop ask again. 4' x2' need to add around rm300 more. like that the full set tank it self already gonna cost me around rm700. so izzit everyone also min 4' x 2' feet tank? I rather get a 4' x 1.5' tank then use the rm300 to get a better aro. is that ok?

for any aro u get. the abolute minimum size for tank will be 4x2x2. arowanas can grow very big...
4x1.5 would not be big enuf for the fish to make rounds once its about 17-20 inches in size. which is very fast... abt 1 yr if u care for the fish properly can reach tat size already...
of course the bigger the tank the better it is for ur aro....

Dont get a 4'x 1.5', u Aro will get stunted or bengkok. 4 x 2 is the min. requirement. If no budget better get a 3' x 1.5', keep the Aro until 1'(1 yr) and @ the meantime save enuf $ to upgrade to a 4 x 2.
Better still 5' x 2.5'. If u observe in the fishforum, sometimes can get some 2ndhand at a decent price.
