ya there is one known as Black aro, when it is young the color is black one, the shape just like silver aro, but the color is balck, in penang some also called it rainbow aro, bcos beside balck, its also hv some color but not tat obvious, basically it is black in color, but when it grow bigger, the color wil fade away n look almost like silver aro, this black aro is not an easy keep type, need a bit of experience to handle. just my opinion, correct me if i am wrong, thnx.

kamekame sama: black aro need xtra care, n they r very sensitive to water ph, temperature n so on when young, not recommended for beginer. if u wan, go for red tail aro, its nicer n more secure in terms of money value. silver aro, green aro (hard to find in penang), yellow tail aro n pearl aro are very easy to keep ( i think so). i post some pics here for u (not my aros) hehehehehe, i got from net, just to share, peace. notworthy.gif notworthy.gif
