30++ or 300++ ? i once keep 500++ Malaya in an 50cm 57L tank, no problem at all. It depend on your filtration power and provide more o2 when
shrimp population is high, o2 not only for the shrimps but also for the beneficial bacteria in the filter to utilize, healthy and stronger BB to handle the increased bio-load.

In fact, have, this , Provide O2 with no airpump. Can't find in malaysia, only in singapore. anyway know where to get in Malaysia, let me know.

ctrl with valve? still bubbly?

I'm officially launching war with the seed shrimps in my tank. really getting too many already. now manually filtering the "bugs" out  and they don't seem to be getting lesser, the next day, a lot back. lol.

  siphon the bugs that I can see into a container.. then pour the water though the white filter gauze.  luckily the gauze actually manage to trap these bugs. then pour it back into the tank. Very time consuming but managed to reduce quite a lot..till the next day when they reproduce again.. and the cycle continues 

then how?  the only way is to restart the tank?

What you do every weekend now? without aircond?

I don't vacuum the soil coz if I do the soil gets vacuumed too... 

Just let nature takes it's course... since shrimp bioloads are small... the poop even smaller. Still need it to generate BB 

Btw, did you have any shrimp casualty today as you think you would? Hope not.

Haha... I witnessed similar thing just recently on the CRS. At least yours was barely alive when it was picked up... mine was a total goner...

Wow... you acclimate for a very long time even for RCS!  My max thus far was only 3hrs. But of course if I happen to get a more sensitive species I'd likely to acclimate longer. Also doing drip method @ +/-1dps

For me I think sometimes it depends on luck as well... the shrimp may not have been so strong even @ lfs or wherever we buy it. Just tough luck we got a weak one(s) sometimes. Same for my fire reds... got 10... 1 died the next day but the rest are doing well still. Only on malayans did I not encounter any casualty *touch wood*

You must've been feeding your shrimps too good they don't show much interest in it 
There's no harm in letting it be bro... chill...chill... doubt any harm would come from that small shell

Yeah, and apart from that... different tanks have different water parameters. So what works on one may not work for all. Oh well... can't help it since we're into this hobby... we chose one that's not easy to rear... 

6 hour is way too long.  1-2 is enough unless tds different too wide. For prolong acclimating consider supply o2 to the shrimp be acclimated.
The safer is get shrimp that are already 2 week been in the lfs tank. Any early casautly already occur. What left is mostly the strongest.  However shrimp just be snapped too fast by keeper like us.

U only have 2 shrimps...nobody else eating them...lol

where is this shop locate..all LFS at seremban they don't sell bcos no demand..need to go to kl..
