for bill payment, insurance, petrol, loan etc, didn't expect this card to swipe for living (eg shopping, groceries, dining), mostly just for bill payment only

just want to have a card to do automatic monthly payment, and for transaction that is not convenient with cash payment (rarely), I won't expect this card to swipe more than 10 times a month.

not sure this is valid concern, this will be my lifesaver credit card if I travelling oversea, so I need a card that can function with minimum effort at oversea, don't want when use at oversea suddenly issue come up. Average 1 year travel 2 times.

6. Others: Using debit card (Public Bank) currently, but debit card has it's limitation, so just want to get a credit card with minimum maintenance cost, for both credit rating and convenience.
