1. Annual Income: RM60K - RM80K
2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: Preferably Yes, but if got fee, around RM150 is max (of course, lower is better)
3. Card required for: Usually for dining, some petrol, some online purchases (i.e. from eBay), occasional flight tickets & hotel stays.
4. Existing credit cards if any: Citibank Clear
5. Looking at CC from: no particular bank.. but I was looking at Citibank Cashback / Aeon Watami / Maybank 2 Cards / OCBC Titanium before this.
6. Others: Was thinking of moving to a cashback card, or a card with fairly good rewards points scheme. Usually my spending doesn't go above 1K though. Also would like it to be recognized internationally (which was why I opted for Citi in the first place).

wanna ask if this is a good combo for my spending pattern:

RM300 -- shopping
RM300 -- petrol
RM300 -- food

Planning to switch from this (Citi Clear & Mach Credit Card) to this combo (Citi Rewards Platinum & MBB 2 Cards Platinum)

Annual income is around RM60,000.

Also, if I switch from one Citi card to another, is it possible to transfer the rewards points to the new card?

your shopping is departmental or grocery or combination of both?
your food means dining right? or including grocery as well?

Yea, food refers to dining. I don't spend too much on groceries at the moment.
Also, yes, shopping is mostly departmental.

i'm not sure about the transfer part, i assume citi being citi for great service (not sarcasm), should be no problem. can ask at the citibank thread, see any sifu reply.

Just putting a suggestion (but you can ignore me if you have considered), why not citibank cash back instead of citibank rewards. covers petrol and grocery. but not the dining part.

I reckon the cashback is more worth it if I use the MBB 2 cards, especially for petrol - will primarily use AMEX and keep the Mastercard for backup.
The rewards card, I was actually planning to use it for shopping - some of the brands I like are on it.
