Click here to read my article, The Best Cash Back Credit Cards Combination. See my example on Hong Leong Bank Wise if you do spend like RM500 a month, not necessary on petrol. Else get Maybankard 2 Cards AMEX if you can pump on weekends. Other cards waste of time for petrol especially Citibank Cash Back where the cash back is based on RM50.
Bro, all rounder for less than RM1K spending a month, definitely Maybankard 2 Cards AMEX.

Once again - click here to read my article, The Best Cash Back Credit Cards Combination where I prepared a table comparing cash back from different cards. This article will also show you the best card combination for up to RM7K spending a month.

Now, as for airmiles, how much you spend a year and where you want to fly to? For Entry Level and Platinum cards and local spending, the Maybankard 2 AMEX conversion of Reward Points to Enrich Miles is one of the best around (actually the best). If you want to redeem Economy Class ticket by converting your reward points to Enrich Miles, most of the time you will find that you get the same value as if you were to redeem for cash vouchers. If you want to fly Business Class, then it is a different story altogether.

If you really want Air Miles, click on the links below and read them in the following order:

New Toshiba i5 for RM999 with Maybankard On The Spor Redemtion and Enrich Miles Redemption. In this article I show you a case there is no difference in value converting Treats Points to Enrich Miles versus Cash Vouchers. Please also note that when I published this article, we only needed 10,000 TP or less to redeem RM50 cash voucher. Now we need 12,500 TP for RM50 voucher.

My Son Is Going To The USA Again on Business Class. Converting Treats Points to Enrich Miles and then redeeming for Business Class will give you the best returns, i.e. cash back equivalent up to xx%.

Enrich Miles Sale Is Fantastic for Visa Infinite with 5X Reward Points.

Hi Sir,

I should put Airmiles as "Seldom" as well when seek for recommendation.

I only travel overseas about two or three times year....Mostly travel domestically for work.

However, from this website www.imoney.my/credit-card i saw Maybank 2 Platinum/Gold are top in the list. It should be highly recommended for an all rounder card.

Your blog is very informative, will do some reading on your blog.

Thank you
