1. Annual Income: RM30K - RM36K
2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: A Must - otherwise depending on how good is the card.
3. Card required for:
- Petrol: Always BHP station when possible (RM180 per month)
- Dining with family (Around RM250 per month)
- Movie + Popcorn: TGV (RM150 per month)
4. Existing credit cards if any: None
5. Looking at CC from: Open to suggestion
6. Others: As can be seen I don't do many swips with the card as it's only a backup plan when I run out of cash so if possible the bank must be lenient in waiving annual fees.
petrol - uob one card 5% rebate plus another extra 2% when pump at bhp.2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: A Must - otherwise depending on how good is the card.

dinning- hlb mach card with 5% rebate.
movie - citi clear card with buy 1 free 1 on friday and rm10 per ticket normal day. you may consider rhb evo too which give you 20% rebate on movie, sing k, theme park ticket etc.
since you income below 36k you can only choose 2 out of 3..uob is a must and the another one you have to decide which category put more weight on your daily lifestyle.
regarding AF i not sure though as i don't have both 3 cards..
alternately, you may consider hlb wise card too which give you 2 categories to entitle 10% rebate. for example petrol + dinning. drawback is it have certain rules to follow which is you must swipe at least 10 times rm50 per month. AF rm160 and cannot waive at the moment.
