I have a huge sum of utilities bill to pay.. major sum goes to mbb amex, was wonder is there any better option?

1. Annual Income: 100k

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: No

3. Card required for: Prefer good cash rebate than mbb amex 5x tp.

4. Existing credit cards if any: OCBC (Maxed out)(Going to stop soon). HLB Wise (Maxed out). UOB One (Petrol, Maxed out). MBB2AMEX on Utilities

5. Looking at CC from: Missed out RHB Visa Signature which give 5% unlimited for online transaction

6. Others: Recommendation pls
